What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?
Please check latest tracking updates for your order using the following link: Track my order. We will also send you a series of email updates as your package is moving through the delivery
Can I choose a specific time of day to have my order delivered?
The local carrier may reach out to you for this option but, unfortunately it cannot be set from our end.
What happens if I am not at my delivery address to receive my order?
Cool Line will notify you via email about the delivery attempt. You local carrier will also let you know about what further steps can be taken.
What is your returns policy?
If you wish to return a product please do so within 15 days of purchase and a refund on the purchase price less the shipping cost will be processed.Read more..
Will shipping and duties be refunded when I return?
You will receive a full refund if it is evident that Cool Line is at fault for the return e.g: damaged items. All other returns will have shipping costs deducted from their refund.
